The coaching relationship is focused on supporting and developing effective skills, strategies, and attitudes to become more effective as a leader and co-creator of your life path and influencing others.

Hope is a powerful source of energy that fuels our capacity to learn and change behavior. Most people have a theory about what is going well and what is not working. I support the articulation and understanding of this narrative and help to expand awareness impact and influence. The process is one of expansion, clarification, and refinement.
